This is a long day for everyone. Invite a friend, neighbor, or family member over for added friendship, comfort, and support. Stay hydrated!

  • The best part of moving is time to reorganize and downsize. If you have not used it in a year, you most likely can let it go.

  • 9-10 AM is the preferred start time to perform and delivery, pack, or move. We do not want to upset neighbors, most gated communities will not allow us in before 9 AM, and the majority of your neighbors are gone to work or play so we do not have to stop and move our trucks multiple times at apartment complexes.

  • We fight the lines at gas stations with our large trucks. We fight to get through city traffic all hours of the day. We have no control over construction, weather, or road conditions. We have no control over delays by the morning client if your an afternoon move. Please be patient if we are delayed. We have never missed a move.

  • We call our clients the day before to confirm as well as the morning of when headed your direction.

  • Providing cold water, snacks, soda, pizza, sandwiches', cookies, etc. is not necessary but does make for a great day for all involved in the relocation process on large moves.

  • Allow movers to work at their own pace. Pushing movers only creates the potential for damage and injury.

  • Make yourself or your partner available at the front door of the destination to constantly point out where your items need to be staged. Don't be missing in action. This can create costly delays and backups during the offloading process. We need you to point so we can put. We need a director. Moving things twice will make for a long, miserable, expensive day.

  • Have everything packed into small, medium, large moving boxes and bags by moving day. People do not realize that it is all of the small loose items that take additional time to move as well as working around clients still packing.

  • Fill your boxes to the top from proper stacking in the truck. Boxes will crush and topple without filling the majority full. Do not worry about weight, we have dollies to move everything. Your welcome to leave your boxes where they lay. It is more time consuming for us to choose the right size and weight box if you have them all pre stacked in your home.

  • Clearly mark your boxes on the top and one side as to what room they are going into for a quick and easy offload.

  • Close boxes and tape shut properly. Do not interfold the cardboard flaps. This will create havoc when trying to offload with box flaps connecting with each other.

  • Soft (fabric) items can stay in drawers and cabinets when stairs are not involved.

  • Gratuity is not necessary but greatly appreciated. Movers supplement their income with tips. Even $5 says "THANK YOU".

  • You can finally clean those places that were impossible to reach on your glass and furniture, while were moving, keep a rag and glass cleaner handy.

  • Allow an extra day to clean your home, business, or apartment for the next resident.

  • Removing dust in advance makes for a happy move.

  • Make sure your sprinkler system is off.

  • We are not insured to have you on our trucks, ramps, or liftgates, but you are welcome to save time and money by bringing items to or from the truck during the moving process.

  • Save a spot for the truck with your vehicles the night prior to your move.

  • Stop ceiling fans and raise chandeliers.

  • The cooler the air, the more productive your movers will be. Keep the A/C on in this Florida heat.

  • Any type of music breaks the air for everyone and makes the relocation process faster as well.

  • If you have to mark furniture, vases, paintings, boxes, bags that are not going to be moved, painters tape is a safe way for tagging any surface.

  • Secure pets. We do not want to step on them and they do not want us to as well.

  • Designate 1 bathroom for your movers.

  • Take responsibility for your own medications, jewelry, and cable equipment that has to be returned.

  • Feel free to sneak off and call our office at any time that you have a problem or concern. We have our own way of keeping them strictly confidential as well as checking in on the movers at the same time.

  • We provide full and partial packing services. Full packing services are done the day prior to your move, packing under 30 boxes can be performed the morning of your move.

  • Your complaints are appreciated. We can not improve our business without them. We would be foolish not to accept corrective criticism.

  • The owner is not absent at this company.

  • Weather is not an issue for us. It rains every day in the summertime in Florida. We properly wrap your furniture for these conditions.

  • Professional packers will pack EVERYTHING. Make sure you set aside any car keys, clothing, toiletries, important papers, etc. that you may need immediate access to.

  • We do take trash to the city dump.

  • We do take items for donation.

  • Smoking is a terrible habit and one that is very hard to quit. Our movers have been instructed to do this out of the range of the customers view and furniture, generally at the front of the truck.

  • We deduct all breaks from the clients bill at the end of the move.

  • If the movers notice any existing damage, above normal wear and tear, they will make you aware of this before the item is moved.

  • Make sure that you perform a final walk through upon loading completion at the pick-up location so nothing is forgotten. Make sure you do the same at the destination so you do not have to attempt moving any furniture or boxes after we leave.

  • We do provide unpacking services.
