HVAC Lead Installation Technician

Covenant Heating and Cooling is growing and we are seeking an HVAC Lead Installation Technician. We believe that our Team Members are the most important asset to our organization! This long-term career position will allow you the opportunity to be a HVAC Lead Installation Technician, and to also mentor Installation Apprentices so that we will all continue to provide world-class installations to our customers through your leadership and grow the team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, initialize, and connect equipment in homes and businesses

• Perform highly diversified duties to diagnose and troubleshoot problems that may arise with equipment

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform the required installation

• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties

• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision

• Keep all customer information confidential

• Support operational and organizational missions by completing all tasks promptly and accurately

• Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner

• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent

• 2+ years of Residential Lead HVAC experience

• Valid Tennessee Driver’s License

• EPA Universal certification

• Authorized to work in the United States
